NOTE: It is the unit owner's/owners' responsibility to understand the rules and regulations relating to their unit sale or lease. Once the Board of Directors receive the application, credit report with background check, as well as complete the interview, the directors have up to 30 days to approve/disapprove an application. While the total time may actually be less, it is imperative to provide ample time and expect a reasonable amount of time for the processing of an application; otherwise, closing may need to be rescheduled if the timeline cannot be accommodated.
