House (Body and Trim)
1. Please select one of the colors below for your home (Body color)
2. Once the body color is selected, please choose one of the four corresponding trim colors found within the picture (Trim color)
Note: You may paint your home's entrance or front door using the selected Body color -or- Trim color -or- a Bold color (below) -or- you may choose to keep it factory finish white.

2. Driveway
a. Paint option
The driveway may be kept in its original concrete gray or unfinished appearance. Two driveway paint color options exist: Terracotta and Muddy Gray. These may be matched using other paint manufacturers. Sherwin-Williams and Lowe's has H&C stains and catalogs available.

b. Paver option
Pavers may be installed. Approved options are pictured below.

3. Roof
Roofs, whether replaced or painted, must be one of the following options. Selected tiles are to be "S"-configuration or barrel-type. The color names are listed on each thumbnail below. Please visit Eagle Roofing Products for more information. Other manufacturers may be considered; however, they must be physically similar and reviewed by the Architectural Control Committee for approval.
