Homeowner is responsible for landscaping, sod, irrigation and drainage. County permits, set-back
requirements & encroachments, are the homeowner’s responsibility. Homeowner is responsible for ALL
permits and meeting all state and county codes that may apply.
I/We understand and will comply with the following:
● If the modification is not completed as approved, said approval can be revoked and the
modification will be required to be removed by the owner at the owner’s expense.
● I/We are responsible to pay for and repair any/all damage done to the common areas.
● To comply with state and/or county building codes, and to obtain all necessary permits if
applicable.
● To abide by the decision of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and/or the Board of
Directors.
● If the modification is not approved or does not comply, I/We may be subject to court action by
the Association and that I/We may be responsible for any and all reasonable attorney’s fees.
● I/We will be held responsible if the Association incurs any expense(s) while considering the
application with an outside professional (i.e. Licensed Architect). I/We will be responsible for
said fees.
● Pending approval, this application will be valid for (6) months from designated approval date.
After (6) months, I/We must re-apply.
